Timber Harvest Projections

Current market downturn has made the 2010 Ten Year Cycle Timber Harvest questionable as the 2005 projection of $350,000 to $450,000 is now estimated at $92,000 in the best case scenario. Local Licensed Forester managing over 100,000 acres of timberland recommends forgoing 2010 harvest and waiting for market rebound expected by 2015. Timber may be harvested every 10 years and all Shareholder Partners of the Glen Andrew LLC will be receive their proportional share of any timber income. The most recent harvest, in 2000, was 20 years after the previous harvest and yielded over $450,000 in profit for the timber company that owned Glen Andrew at that time.

Harvests are managed carefully for sustainability and typically yield similar amounts each time. Previous performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
