Property Taxes= $300.00 per year

Road Upkeep= $1,200.00 per year

Liability Insurance= $2,000.00 per year

The plan is to own the property free and clear with sufficient funds in the bank to cover 10 years of basic upkeep.  As this land is Timber Production Zoned the property taxes are minimal, as Glen Andrew is a Wilderness Campground extensive improvements will not be made. 

$25,000 is the target amount for ten years of basic operations.  This includes $3,000 for ten years of property taxes, $10,000 for liability insurance over the ten years, and $12,000 to cover re-grading and gravelling the internal roadways. 

Holding these funds in escrow to cover ongoing expenses protects LLC partners and their interests. Donations and use fees will supplement ongoing operational costs thus requiring no further outlay by Partners.
